Generally, the friction surface of the pressure plate will be worn out due to friction, and other parts are not easily damaged. The wear of the pressure plate is mainly repaired, while the friction surface is too thin, the plane crack is large, or the pressure plate is broken, it needs to be updated. When a vehicle is driving on a long uphill road, a full-load vehicle has to shift gears several times. If the clutch slips due to other reasons at this time, the temperature of the clutch will become higher and higher, and the pressure plate will expand due to heat. Due to the frequent changes of road conditions, the expansion and contraction of the pressure plate are also constantly changing, the elastic force of the pressure plate spring is also out of alignment after deformation under high temperature conditions, and the friction and pressure on the pressure plate surface are also uneven. If the thickness of the pressure plate itself is uneven and it is thinned after repeated maintenance, the pressure plate will break when the clutch is engaged too strongly.
