1. In order to avoid slipping on the friction surface of the clutch, please wear clean work gloves;

2. Please confirm whether the clutch friction plate is intact and whether there are any scars on the tooth surface of the disc hub spline;

3. Use a brush to evenly coat the grease in the spline hole and the tooth surface of the first shaft, then install the driven disk on the first shaft, and then wipe off the excess grease;

4. Please confirm whether there are abnormal phenomena such as damage to the friction surface of the pressure plate and the surface of the flywheel. If there is no abnormality, please wipe off the excess grease on the friction surface of the pressure plate and the surface of the flywheel with detergent;

5. When installing the clutch, use the centering shaft to adjust the axis of the cover assembly and the driven plate assembly to be consistent, and then use bolts to temporarily fix at least three diagonal places to avoid falling, and then Use a torque wrench to fix the bolts in order according to the specified torque. Avoid using a pneumatic impact wrench that cannot control the torque.
