Fuel injectors need to be maintained in time. The key to proper maintenance of fuel injectors is the balance of fuel injection and dripping. Therefore, a balanced test must be done when maintaining or replacing the fuel injector. Only when the fuel injection volume of each cylinder is balanced and consistent can the vehicle be installed. The best way to maintain and inspect the ejector is to use a special ejector test bench and ultrasonic cleaner.

The maintenance and replacement of JAC Injector Assy should pay attention to the following points:

1. The used filter screen cannot be reused because the old filter screen has lost its good filtering effect, and the inclusions and impurities woven on the filter screen will re-contaminate the injector.

2. Install a suitable protective cap. Many maintenance companies simply do not install this part because they cannot purchase suitable protective caps. This is incorrect. The protective cap is an important part to prevent carbon deposits and prolong the life of the ejector. It mainly plays a role of protection and self-cleaning when the ejector works. Therefore, the protective cap must not be less, otherwise the ejector will be quickly stuck by the carbon deposit.

3. The injector is the most critical system component assembly in the electronic fuel injection engine. During cleaning and maintenance, it is very important to ensure a balanced amount of fuel injection in each cylinder and reduce dripping. The difference in the fuel injection quantity of each injector in a unit time should not exceed 3 to 6% of the total fuel injection quantity, otherwise it will be replaced; under the specified pressure, a special test liquid is used for the drip test, and a drop of 1 per minute is allowed ~ 2 drops of special test solution.

4. Special “O” ring must be selected. Because the working environment of the injector is very harsh, the temperature in the engine is sometimes as high as 100 ~ 150 ℃, the seal ring of the injector is made of special materials, which has the characteristics of anti-aging, anti-corrosion, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, complicated manufacturing process, etc. If you use other "O" rings that do not have these characteristics, they will quickly age. Under the effect of fuel pressure, fuel is easy to leak, and even cause vehicle fires and other accidents.
