When the power is output, the ripple coefficient basically meets the requirements for use, and can meet the high-frequency welding of the aluminum alloy and the copper alloy tube of the radiator. The forming and welding conditions of the welded pipe unit have reached the design requirements. The thin-walled steel pipe, aluminum alloy pipe (7072/303/4343) and brass pipe can be welded. The wall thickness of the weldable pipe is 0.30. The outer diameter of the weldable pipe is 7 by replacing the die. -22mm. For small-diameter, thin-walled aluminum alloy radiator tubes, it is completely feasible to use domestic high-frequency welding machines and mechanical equipment, which has high efficiency and low cost.
