First, the engine cylinder seal test

What are the commonly used diagnostic methods? For the measurement of the cylinder compression pressure, it is mainly the pressure at the end of the four-stroke engine compression. Due to the pressure of the cylinder, the viscosity of the oil and the cylinder piston set, the adjustment of the valve train is correct, the sealing of the cylinder head and other factors, so when measuring the pressure of the engine cylinder, the cylinder piston can be diagnosed. In the case of sealing, if the piston ring, valve, and cylinder head gasket are well sealed, the clearance of the valve must be appropriate.

Second, the silencer robustness test

The muffler has an outer cylinder and an inner honeycomb member, and the two parts are combined by a mechanical buckle process because of the special environment such as high temperature and vibration. We know that the quality of this process depends on the precision of the design. If the combination is not strong, the car will loose or fall off due to high temperature, vibration, and other factors.
